For Rob Nicolucci, every challenge necessitates a unique solution. With over 31 years at the helm of RN Design and The Plus Group, he leads the company with creativity to determine the best design solutions for clients, wisdom to guide projects and situations, and compassion for his team, instilling every employee with a singular message: “be the best human you can be.” His sense of integrity and ingenuity are complemented by a remarkable desire to create and contribute, whether it’s leading a design team, championing local charities or simply enjoying a weekend on the ski slopes or golf course. A leader by design, a rock n’ roller by choice and a devoted family-man at heart, Rob Nicolucci leads by example in every facet of his life, building a business and designing his life’s work to be meaningful in both practice and for every employee stepping through the doors of The Plus Group.
